Terms of Service
Photography: All efforts have been made to accurately photograph the finishes and colors of products. Slight variances can sometimes occur between the photographic representation and the actual product. Please keep in mind that everything is handmade and glazes/ colors may vary.
Pricing: Prices may be subject to change without notice. If you are a retailer, please email us to request a current line sheet.
Shipping: All shipments will be made via the carrier of our choice. All shipments are shipped from our studio in Brooklyn, New York. International customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees that are incurred during transit. Orders can be shipped via expedited service, however there is an additional surcharge for this service.
Return Policy: If you are not 100% happy with your order, you can return the product within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or store credit. Please contact us to let us know before shipping anything back. Customer is responsible for return shipping fee.
Availability: Franca does not guarantee the availability of any item and reserves the right to discontinue or change products at any time.
Lead Times: All lead times are estimated, and products can occasionally become backordered or delayed. Lead times are calculated from the date of payment. If products are in stock they will ship within 2-4 days.
Custom Orders: All special orders and items made to order are non-refundable once order is placed.
Collaborations: We love to work with other designers / artists / makers, if you have an idea that you want to share with us, please feel free to get in touch.
Payment Terms (wholesale): 50% deposit due at time of order, remaining balance due before shipping.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing an order. Most of our products are non-stock items and are hand made immediately after orders are placed.
Damaged Goods: We carefully package and check each order before it ships out. Please examine your order upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. All damage claims must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods. Replacement products will be sent out as soon as possible.
Care and Maintenance: All ceramics products are dishwasher safe, please take extreme caution if microwaving as pieces will become very hot.
