Shipping Information

 We ship orders directly from our Brooklyn, NY studio via UPS Ground, Fedex Ground and occasionally USPS if you are shipping to a PO Box.

Please note that international shipping is currently unavailable on our webshop, and we apologize for any inconvenience. If you are located outside of the US and wish to place an order please email us directly at sales@francanyc.com

Most of our products are made to order, with a 2-week lead time before shipment, unless they are already in stock. Once your order is on its way, we'll provide you with tracking information so you can keep tabs on its progress. If your order is time sensitive please make a note at check out to let us know and we will do our best to get it out as quick as possible.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the product within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or store credit.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us before shipping the item back. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.’

Damaged Items

If an order arrives broken or damaged please email sales@francanyc.com with your order number and photos of the damaged piece. To process a replacement as quickly as possible, please include clear photos of both the interior and exterior of the item, as well as the packaging. Once we have reviewed the details, we will ship out a replacement for you as soon as possible and will share tracking for the replacement product.
